Training & Development

At Arnold Clark we appreciate how important it is for employees to receive the right level of training. With this in mind, the company has implemented an extensive training programme that is delivered in-house and also via our partnership with one of Scotland's leading training organisations, GTG.
Staff training takes place throughout all departments and incorporates a wide range of courses ranging from Microsoft Office and Driver Training to Customer Care and First Aid. mechanics, panel beaters, parts staff and spray painters are all encouraged to complete a full Modern Apprenticeship in their particular trade. In addition, as part of Arnold Clark's Staff Development Programme, employees can undertake courses in supervisory management with certification from the ILM. Training is also provided for managers and senior staff seeking managerial promotion which is integrated with the company's own Management Development Programme and recognised by leading bodies throughout the industry.
