Caroline is a business graduate who joined Arnold Clark through the Sales Management Academy back in June. After successfully completing the initial stages of the Academy, she is now based at the Ford branch in Linwood.

She said, "I wanted to join Arnold Clark because it is such a big organisation and I saw the opportunities offering stability and great earning potential."

"Since joining the programme I've learned so much, but mainly how important it is to work as part of a team and be able to deal with people at all levels. In terms of training, I completed the full induction training at the Academy, and was then placed at Ford Linwood where I shadowed experienced sales people. The Manager gave me training in all aspects of selling new cars which has been invaluable to me."

"I would honestly say that it has been a thoroughly enjoyable and educational experience where I've met lots of people, both customers and colleagues as well as the other trainees. So far I've sold 14 cars from start to finish and I'm still training - wait till I'm on full commission!"
