Callum entered the company as a full time Sales Executive after completing his Academy training. He said, "I used to do seasonal farm work for my father and also worked part time in retail whilst studying at the university of Dundee where I graduated with a degree in Business Economics and Marketing."

"I decided to apply to Arnold Clark Automobiles because I wanted a chance to work for a successful company and the programme was a good opportunity to achieve this." Callum, who now works at the company's prestigious BMW franchise in Giffnock added, "I've learned so much about the basics of the motor industry and everything to do with the sales process but I also know there is so much more for me to learn. I've had training at the Sales Academy and at the branch where I've been shadowing different people in different departments."

"My experience with Arnold Clark has shown me that everyday is different and I'm constantly learning. I've really enjoyed being busy and have even managed to sell a new BMW 7 Series.
