Georgina, Sales Executive,         Kilmarnock Ford

Previously working as a bar manager, Georgina was keen to find a more challenging and exciting role.  Based at Arnold Clark Ford in Kilmarnock, Georgina has been with the company for just over a year and comments, “I initially saw an advert in the newspaper and after a thorough recruitment and selection process, I’ve never looked back!

“I have been hugely impressed by the training I received, it covered most aspects of the job and allowed me to be really confident when I entered the branch on placement.”

 Georgina continues, “I was looking for a job with variety and I certainly haven’t been disappointed.  I really enjoy the diversity of the role – in everything I do, there is always something different, whether it be a new customer or a new model of car.

 “It’s a fantastic feeling to see a customer drive away with a smile on their face - for me that is the most satisfying part of the job.  Within Arnold Clark, there is very definitely a feeling that hard work gets rewarded and I am keen to start making my way up the ladder.”
