She has also recently completed the training stages of the programme and said, "I decided to apply to Arnold Clark Automobiles because it's a big successful company and I bought my very first car here at the branch where I'm now working!"

"After training in the Sales Academy I've also been on the Renault manufacturer's course and am about to go on a Renault Scenic course. I've had on-the-job training, which involved being paired up with an experienced staff member and they've been great in helping me to learn about the industry."

"I've enjoyed everything about the programme, from learning about cars to customer care, but mainly I love the atmosphere at branch level, especially here at Pollokshaws Road. People always say it's a male dominated industry but I've found that this is not the case. I've been made so welcome by everyone and am very happy to be here."
