Jodie is based at Arnold Clark Vauxhall in Linwood and came to Arnold Clark after working as a care assistant for children with special needs. Now nine months into the sales management programme, she’s relishing the new challenge.

Jodie comments, “The programme gives you a good starting point; the academy gives you some knowledge of the job and the industry before you go to the branch.
