1. Should you have a problem with any aspect of our service or product, or simply wish further assistance, please register this concern with the individual you dealt with, i.e. Sales Executive or Service Receptionist. The staff member will be happy to assist you with any concern, or consult a colleague for advice to help you further.
2. Generally 9 out of 10 problems will be resolved at stage 1. However, if you need to take an issue further, or if your problem cannot wait 24 hours, every department is managed by a more senior member of staff, for example, the Sales Manager or Service Manager who will be more than happy to assist.
3. In some cases the Supervisor / Manager may not be able to resolve the problem alone. If this is the case, please ask for the General Manager who is in overall charge of all departments in the branch. In a case where a manufacturer is involved, the General Manager can where necessary deal with his Franchise Manager on your behalf.
