Machargs Mazda in Glasgow is embracing ‘Girl Power' this autumn with its unusual sales team formation. The 110,000 square foot site in South Street is unique from its counterparts thanks to the uncommon element of a majority female sales team. In the male dominated profession, Natalie Courtney, Anne Dahlstrom, Jennifer Donnell and Pamela Couper are challenging the men in the car sales industry and are coming out trumps.
From four completely varying backgrounds, the girls all add a touch of something different to the team; Jennifer adds some glitz and glamour having done a spot of modelling, Anne brings a sound business head having once owned her own blinds company, Natalie having worked previously in the Service department contributes a wealth of Arnold Clark knowledge and Pamela is just new to the team bringing young and fresh ideas, altogether a successful combination.
Natalie Courtney who enjoys working at Machargs said, "Even in today's day and age, many women find themselves working in male dominated environments so it's refreshing to be able to work for a company that embraces equality openly, especially considering the stereotypes associated with the motor trade.

Comprising of four females and three males the entire Mazda team is also currently celebrating after recently being announced as the UK's top Mazda retailer; a fantastic achievement for the team just two years after the opening of the showroom.
