Victoria had always wanted to feel part of a team that worked together and allowed her to work with her own initiative.  At Arnold Clark this became a reality.

As well as in house training, Arnold Clark gave Victoria the opportunity to complete an NVQ in Call Centre Professional.  "I am thankful for this opportunity and am aware that this would not be possible without the help of Arnold Clark.  I thoroughly enjoy my role within the company as everyday is different.  I am regularly faced with new challenges and enjoy working with my colleagues in an encouraging and fun atmosphere."

Keen to learn and develop her career, Victoria was initially responsible for responding to email bookings and enquiries from customers via the Arnold Clark website.  After a short time, Victoria was trained on a system called 1-Link which provides a central contact for leasing companies use to make a service or repair booking.

"I was also trained on the telephone to enable me to take bookings from Arnold Clark Fleet and Activa drivers.  Apart from doing my day to day duties within the office, I am in the process of completing an NVQ.  Arnold Clark has given me an opportunity to train and develop new skills which I am able to utilise in my current position.  I couldn't be happier!"
