Sales Licence Programme

The Arnold Clark Group places great importance on the training, development and retention of Sales Executives and to aid this, the Group has now implemented the 'Arnold Clark Sales Licence'.

This programme follows a simple, yet detailed structure and format.

  • There is 12 modules where you will be given pre-set learning materials. You will then be asked to demonstrate your knowledge on a given subject, before being examined on your ability to communicate this to customers.
  • Throughout the process you will be supported by the Branch Manager and a Group Mentor who will guide you through the learning content and offer support - all to give you the best possible chance of success.
  • You will also attend a mandatory 4-day 'Sales Academy' where you will learn all aspects of the role, including completing assessments required by legislation.
  • Once you have demonstrated the required skills to a satisfactory level, you will then be issued with the Arnold Clark Sales Licence and receive recognition from the Group Directors.
