Arnold Clark is committed to training, supporting and developing all its employees' careers. So much so, the Arnold Clark Group continually works to develop each member of staff within their current role whilst providing the opportunity for career development.
This commitment to its employees has been further cemented by the development of three training centres in Glasgow, Edinburgh and most recently in Wolverhampton called GTG Training. Here, employees can develop and gain further qualifications.
In addition, as part of Arnold Clark's Staff Development Programme, employees can undertake courses in supervisory management with certification from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Training is also provided for managers and senior staff seeking promotion which is integrated with the company's own Management Development Programme and recognised by leading bodies throughout the industry.
