Courses range from Microsoft Office and Driver Training to Customer Care and First Aid.  Mechanics, panel beaters, parts staff and spray painters are all encouraged to complete a full Modern Apprenticeship Programme whether it's automotive or customer services based.

In addition, as part of Arnold Clark's Staff Development Programme, employees can undertake courses in supervisory management with certification from the ILM. Training is also provided for managers and senior staff seeking managerial promotion which is integrated with the company's own Management Development Programme and recognised by leading bodies throughout the industry.
