*In order to enter the competition, applicants must enter their full name, email address and contact number using the online form which will be provided via QR code on the day of the event. The prize winner will be drawn at 3pm on Thursday 23rd May 2024 at the Arnold Clark Head Office in Hillington. One winner will be randomly selected by the Promoter on Thursday 23rd May 2024. The competition will run from 10am on Wednesday 22nd May 2024 until 5pm on Wednesday 22nd May 2024 (the “Closing Date”). To enter the competition, customers must have attended the Arnold Clark Motability Roadshow on Wednesday 22nd May 2024. By entering into the competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of any third party provider with whom you engage in order to fulfil your prize. Any customers who have attended the Arnold Clark Motability Roadshow on Wednesday 22nd May 2024 will be eligible to enter the prize draw. The prize is a £2000 holiday voucher for Lastminute.com. The prize does not include any other sums paid by the customer for any other services or optional extras selected. The prize is not negotiable and non-transferable. The voucher code is provided by Arnold Clark. In order to redeem the voucher code, the winner must provide their details to LastMinute.com when making a booking. For the avoidance of doubt, by redeeming the prize, the winner accepts LastMinute.com terms and conditions. The voucher code must be used on or before 20.05.2025. Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited will notify the winner on Thursday 23rd May 2024 once the live draw has taken place. Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited will publish the surname and city of major prize winners and, if applicable, their winning entries on Arnold Clark site and/or social media channels after all winners are notified. The winners will be asked if their name and images can be used in any publicity materials, however the winners have the right to object. If the winners consent, their image can be used by Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited for three years before it is deleted. If the winners object to any or all of their surnames, city and winning entry being published or made available, the winners must contact marketing.admin@arnoldclark.com. In such circumstances, Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. If a customer wishes to opt out of the competition after initially opting in, the customer can make an Arnold Clark employee aware on the day of the event. Winners will be contacted by an Arnold Clark representative on Thursday 23rd May 2024. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf unless otherwise agreed by Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited. For the avoidance of doubt, any prizes not claimed by the winner within 1 week will be re-drawn until an eligible winner has been found. Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize. 1. Insofar as is permitted by law, Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited will process your name, email address and/or telephone number for the purposes of contacting you. Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited will only process your personal information as set out in the cookies. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition. Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Scotland, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. You acknowledge and agree that whilst Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited uses reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information provided within the Arnold Clark app, Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited provides no guarantees that the information at all times is accurate or complete and is not liable for any inaccuracies with any information displayed on the app. The Promoter at its entire discretion may amend or update the Arnold Clark app as is necessary if any such inaccuracies occur to rectify the issue.
