Arnold Clark Launches State-of-the-Art Renault Boutique

Panoramic views, soft consultation areas and iPads. This is no ordinary Arnold Clark dealership; this is an Arnold Clark Renault Boutique.

Situated on Seafield Road East overlooking the Firth of Forth, the pioneering Renault Boutique has 16,000 sq ft of indoor space housing 10 new cars and 45 used cars.

The £1 million pound state-of-the-art Boutique is set to turn heads in the motor industry when it opens its doors on the 1st July 2010 with vehicles including the Renault Clio, Megane Coupé and Espace.  Heralded as “an unrivalled experience” by Arnold Clark Renault general manager Ian Ferguson, the new showroom will be the epitome of calm.

Conventional desks and seats have been replaced with seven soft consultation areas with 27 inch screen iMacs, where customers can sit and enjoy the natural materials which surround them.  From organic wool rugs to reed grass wall art and panoramic views of the beach and blue sea, a relaxing ambience will make it a unique buying experience.

The Renault Boutique will run entirely on a new WiFi system which will connect to the latest technology phenomenon, the iPad.  The iPad will enable sales people to walk freely throughout the showroom and sell a car from anywhere in the Boutique.  Whilst customers listen to the sounds of lapping water on the beach only 10 ft away, visitors can enjoy a coffee and sit on the boardwalk attached to the branch and process their Renault vehicle purchase using the sophisticated iPad.
