HOW DOES IT WORK?

Should your vehicle break down, simply call Ford Assistance to arrange for someone to attend to you as quickly as possible.

If you should break down in Europe and a Ford representative is unable to fix your vehicle, arrangements will be made for your vehicle to be sent to one UK address (for example: home, work, or a Ford dealer).

Ford Assistance 12 is available 24 hours a day, all year round, with just one phone call.
