Terms and Conditions

*Terms and conditions apply. Subject to availability. Drivers are subject to satisfactory DVLA checks. Test drives must be pre-booked in advance and are subject to availability. Once the test drive has been arranged, the driver’s preferred branch will, with the driver’s consent, arrange insurance on behalf of the customer. In order to be able to test drive the vehicle, the customer will require to provide the relevant data to the insurance company. This is governed by the insurer’s terms and conditions and privacy statement. Any fixed penalty notices, including, but not limited to, parking and bus lines fines, will be directed to you and you will be liable to pay them. Arnold Clark takes no responsibility for an increase in fines due to late payment. Driving offences and notices of intended prosecution, including but not limited to speeding notices, will be completed by our legal team naming the main driver for this contract. Data is obtained from the driver of the vehicle for the purposes of contacting the driver in order to arrange the test drive. Once the test drive is complete, and provided that the driver wishes not to purchase a vehicle, this data is securely destroyed. We obtain the driver’s name, preferred contact method and branch for fulfilment of the test drive.
