Korean car manufacturer Kia has launched a cool new web campaign to promote the new Kia Pro_Cee’d GT.
The web page allows users to scroll through all the benefits of the new member of their mid-sized car range, launched in the UK on 1st July. This ties in with the rest of their marketing campaign, asking people to “skip through the boring bits”.
Marketed by Kia as ‘warm’ rather than as a fully-fledged ‘hot hatch’, the car offers 201bhp with a 1.6L turbo engine, and can reach 62mph in just 7.4 seconds. The Pro_Cee’d GT features a six-speed manual gearbox and can reach a top speed of 143mph. (Not mentioned on the webpage, the car manages 38.2 miles to the gallon.)
As the website demonstrates with a revolving, colour-changing Pro_Cee’d GT, the car is available in Fusion White, Track Red or Phantom Black. Other exterior features include:
Close-up, detailed photography gives users a feel for the interior specification of the car, including Black Recaro sports seats, red-stitched leather features, GT logo detailing and stainless steel pedals.
The Pro_Cee’d GT comes fitted with a whole host of useful technology, from the LCD super-vision cluster in the dashboard to voice recognition, Bluetooth and reversing sensors.
