Citroën have refreshed their MPV line-up with the introduction of the C4 SpaceTourer and Grand C4 SpaceTourer. As well as new names, these models will also offer new engines and improved safety features, making them perfect for family driving. The C4 SpaceTourer has five seats, while the Grand C4 Spacetourer offers seven seats, perfectly complementing the original Citroën SpaceTourer, which has space for up to nine people.

Sleek new design

These new models offer the perfect balance between chic style and everyday practicality. The front end has been redesigned with sharp Citroën chevrons to create a fresh and dynamic look. There are also two new body colours available – Lazuli Blue and Soft Sand ¬– giving you even more choice when you’re picking the perfect shade. These vivid colours are enhanced by new black, 17-inch alloy wheels (available on selected models).

Travel in comfort

The interior is bright, warm and spacious, bedecked in high-quality materials to add extra refinement. The seats have been specially designed to ensure that you’ll always feel comfortable on long journeys and the long wheelbase allows plenty of legroom for everyone. As well as offering lumbar support, the front seats feature an electric massager, added support headrests and an electrically adjustable footrest in the passenger seat.

Spacious and versatile

The C4 SpaceTourer features a huge 537-litre boot making it easy to transport big and small items without any problems. And if you need some more space, the back seats easily fold down to increase the capacity to 630 litres. For longer loads, you can even fold down the front passenger seat, giving you all the practicality of a van.

For those who need a little more space, the C4 Grand SpaceTourer has a 632-litre boot and this expands to an incredible 793 litres with the two back rows of seats folded down.

And if your hands are full while you’re loading up, the hands-free tailgate means all that you have to do is move your foot under the rear bumper and the tailgate will open.

The latest in driving and safety technology

There’s plenty of intuitive technology on board, keeping the drive and passengers connected and safe. The 7-inch touchscreen interface controls car functions, displays vital information and includes a 3D navigation system. You can also use smartphone mirroring to stream the media and functionality from your device directly to the screen. The system even has voice control so you can always keep your hands on the wheel and your eyes on the road.

With 15 driver assistance systems, driving has never been simpler. These include speed sign recognition, 360-degree vision, reversing camera, adaptive cruise control, parking assist, lane departure warning system and emergency collision alert system.

New engines for a comfortable drive

There’s a choice of engines, each offering a smooth drive. The PureTech 1.2-litre petrol drivetrain comes in a choice of either 108 bhp or 128bhp alongside a range of Blue HDi diesel engines providing power options from 108bhp to 148bhp. And the new EAT8 automatic gearbox optimises gear changes while cutting fuel consumption, meaning your drive will be fuel efficient, too.
