Arnold Clark has won at Family Friendly Working Scotland’s 2019 Top Employer Awards.
The event took place last night at West Brewery, Glasgow with a range of Scottish businesses in attendance with Arnold Clark taking the prize as Best Early Adopter.
This award recognised Arnold Clark’s industry-leading Flexitime initiative which encourages employees to enjoy a better work-life balance. Flexitime was first rolled out to head office staff in 2016 and continues to be rolled out across the Group.
Other winners included Highlands and Islands Enterprise who took home Best Public Sector employer and Perth and Kinross-based charity PKAVS who won Best Third Sector Employer.
