To keep our staff and customers safe, our showrooms have contactless processes in place and adhere to sanitisation and social distancing guidelines.

Unaccompanied test-drives will be available.*


You can still buy a car online, then choose to Click & Collect at your local branch or we’ll deliver to your home.

Buy a car online

We’ve made it easy for you to buy a car online. Reserve with a fully refundable £99 deposit, then choose contactless Click & Collect in an outdoor area or home delivery, if applicable.


Click & Collect

You can pick up your car at a branch in your local area within 48 hours of your order being completed, or your finance being approved.

We have designated outdoor areas and contactless processes in place to protect the wellbeing of our customers and employees. Find out more.


Closer to you

Have your car moved to a branch closer to you for a £99 delivery fee, which will be added to your order. The vehicle will be delivered within six days of your order being completed or your finance being approved, if applicable.


Home delivery

We have contactless measures in place to protect the safety of our customers and staff. This service is subject to availability, please ask a product consultant for more information.

Sales

Are branches open?

Our showrooms and forecourts are now open.

You can still buy online, and choose from Click & Collect or free home delivery.

Our service centres and rental branches are open as normal.

Do I need an appointment?

No, our showrooms and forecourts are open.

Can I browse cars on the forecourt?

Yes, our forecourts are open as normal.

Can I test-drive a car?

Yes, test drives are available both unaccompanied and accompanied.

If unaccompanied, before you test-drive, we’ll check your documents and organise a planned test drive route for you.

If accompanied, we’ll ask for both the driver and passenger to wear a face covering, even if you are based in England.

Do I need to wear a face covering?

In Scotland face coverings are still a legal requirement to wear inside our branches until 18th April 2022. You can remove your face covering if you are sitting behind a screen. Certain exceptions apply.

In England face coverings are no longer required.

Are children’s play areas open?

Yes, children’s play areas are now open in all Arnold Clark branches and will be cleaned on a daily basis.

Can I hire a dual control car?

Yes, dual control hire is available as normal in all of our branches.
