The Kiltwalk hosts walking events around Scotland... and will also be in Brazil in 2014
Arnold Clark Car and Van Rental are delighted to be able to offer their support to all the 2014 Kiltwalk events taking place around Scotland (and further afield) throughout the year.
The Kiltwalk is a Scottish charity, specialising in arranging sponsored walking events to raise money for various children’s charities around the country. This year’s Scottish events will take place in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Speyside and Dundee. However, 2014 will also see the Kiltwalk appear in the slightly more exotic locations of Brazil and Machu Picchu, to celebrate the World Cup Finals and to explore the Lost City of Inca.
Last year, the charity raised over £1 million for disadvantaged and sick children across Scotland, thanks to the participation and fundraising of more than 3000 walkers. With a choice between a 26-mile, 13-mile or 10km walk with bagpipes, refreshments, celebrities and entertainment, there’s a route for everyone to enjoy on the Kiltwalk.
We realise its all about walking – but you still need to get to the starting line. That’s why Arnold Clark Car and Van Rental are offering a 15% discount on vehicle hire to all Kiltwalk participants. A number of specialist vehicles have been provided along with promotional items for the goody bags, which will be given to all those taking part in Kiltwalk events.
