Our Gear Up For Sport competition was so successful last year that we have decided to offer DOUBLE the number of kits this year – a whopping 200!

We caught up with some of last year’s winners:

Dunblane Soccer Club 2004s

Owen Hutchison of Dunblane Soccer Club 2004s said: ‘When you’ve got two dozen 10 year old boys it’s so difficult trying to organise the right kits at the right time. Arnold Clark’s competition completely took this headache away for me!

The bright colour means they’re always kicking the ball in the right direction – to a teammate!
The boys really appreciated the help and support and always turn up for training kitted out and ready to go. It’s really added to the team ethos and brings a sense of professionalism in how they approach training and games. Most importantly, the bright colour means they’re always kicking the ball in the right direction – to a teammate!’

The Central Girls

The Central Girls had a great time posing for their entry photographs. Coach Ian remarked: ‘Taking the picture was so much fun – we had such a laugh but I didn’t think we stood a chance!

The girls started wearing the strips last March and have been unbeaten since.

2nd Airdrie Boys Brigade

Similarly, the 2nd Airdrie Boys Brigade told us: ‘We’ve been successful in winning the knockout 5-a-side tournament whilst wearing our AC strips and we are fighting to win the winter league. We’ve also been using them during group activities so they come in really handy.’

Heaton Venom

Katy Rouse from Heaton Venom said: ‘As a grassroots basketball team, getting the strips was a huge boost for us.

They’re high quality and the players were delighted that they could choose their own numbers.
They’re high quality and the players were delighted that they could choose their own numbers. The boys have had a cracking season and are giving other teams a run for their money – finishing third in the league and making the play offs.’

Morton Girls U13s

Leeanne McPhail of Moton Girls Under 13s told us: ‘We are delighted with our new strips! They are great quality and make the girls look and feel professional as they embark on their first season in league football! Thank you Arnold Clark.’

Falkirk Rugby Football Club

Walter Linton from Falkirk Rugby Football Club commented: ‘The lads are delighted with the modern, classy strips.

They truly are excellent quality and have managed to stand up to the rough-and-tumble nature of rugby really well.
They truly are excellent quality and have managed to stand up to the rough-and-tumble nature of rugby really well. In the last season we’ve played in the Scottish Rugby Union Caledonian league at Under 15 level where the lads enjoy competitive rugby. We won our cup match, only to find ourselves drawn against Stornoway in the next round. We’re still got two matches to go this season so fingers crossed.’
