If you book an appointment, we guarantee the price you see – providing the information you told us about the car is correct.
We make this price as accurate as possible, but it’s not until we see your car and complete a condition assessment that we can offer you a final price. As such, the price you see on our website should not be thought of as a contract.
On the day of your appointment, our branch buyer will examine your car in order to make sure it matches the information you supplied on the online evaluation. If we find that it does, we’ll confirm with you that your offer price was correct. Then, we can get on with transferring the money into your account!
If we find that the details of your car and those that have been given online differ, or if we determine there’s some other factor that may affect its value then the price that we offer will change from the online valuation originally given.
We don’t want to waste your time, so if we find that your car’s market value has changed and your valuation is reduced, we’ll try to let you know the change in value within 24 hours of your appointment.
We do our very best to find you the best possible price for your car. After all, we want you to find the service useful and recommend the experience to others.
