This apprenticeship offers you an opportunity to become a well-rounded Rental Advisor. Don’t let that put you off what is a customer-centric role – developing these transferrable digital skills will ensure you’re able to confidently work with our systems to enhance the customer experience while using all your component knowledge. Working in a Rental branch, you’ll get experience working directly with customers in person and dealing with digital requests to get our customers on the road with a vehicle that will suit their needs.
As well as receiving on-the-job training, you’ll be trained at GTG Training and be regularly assessed.
You’ll learn how to:
You must have gained or be working towards National 4 or above (or accredited equivalent) in Maths, English and one other subject.
You must have gained or be working towards GCSE 4-9 or above (or accredited equivalent) in Maths, English and one other subject.
