At the newly opened Aberdeen Kia branch, the customer experience is of paramount importance. Especially when it comes to the big day – picking up your brand new car.

From the Product Genius to the Sales Executive and of course the General Manager, everyone is on hand to make sure that you leave with the perfect car.

Choosing the right car

From the moment you visit the branch, one of the first people you will be greeted by is Product Genius, Gina.

Gina’s first priority is to get to know you and introduce you to a range of cars that fit your needs. Looking for a city run-around? Let Gina show you the all-new Kia Picanto. If you need a little more room, the Kia Rio could be the one for you. Or maybe the dog will be joining you on a journey from time to time so the rugged Kia Sportage will tick all of your boxes.

Whichever car you choose, Gina will take you out on a test drive to make sure the car is right for you.

Getting a great deal

Once you decide on the right car, one of our dedicated sales executives will talk you through the purchase options available to you.

All of the cars you see at Aberdeen Kia come with easy-to-understand finance deals that are designed to put you in the driver’s seat of a shiny new car without breaking the bank.

Taking your car home

In order to make sure that collecting a new car is special for every customer, Aberdeen Kia commissioned a special handover area. This dedicated area means that Gina can take you through the controls of your new car, connect your phone to the car and answer any questions you may have.

On arrival at the branch, you may not see your new car at first. This is because it will be protected under a special car cover, ready for a grand reveal once the last pieces of paperwork have been completed. Lee Butler, Arnold Clark Aberdeen Kia General Manager said: ‘We want every customer to leave with a smile on their face. Whether a customer is buying their first car or taking home their tenth, the exciting new car feeling should be the same.’
