OMODA is a brand from the Chinese manufacturer, Chery. Chery was founded in 1997 and is a state-owned car manufacturer. OMODA was launched as its own brand in 2022 when they began to export their cars.
In the UK, the OMODA 5 will start from £25,235 for the Comfort trim – making it an affordable mid-sized SUV.
You can order the OMODA 5 and OMODA E5 now, with the first customer orders due to be delivered in September 2024.
The OMODA 5 is the first car available in the UK. It was followed by the OMODA 9 in June 2025. The OMODA 7 is due to arrive later.
