Can you pick my vehicle up?

Depending on your location and whether the vehicle is still drivable, we may be able to collect and deliver your car. Please ask a member of staff for details.

Do you use manufacturer parts?

Yes, unless specified by your insurance company.

Do I have to follow my insurer's recommendation for accident repair?

It's entirely your choice on who repairs your vehicle in the event of an accident. Insurance companies tend to direct policyholders to their 'approved' accident repair centres, which may not necessarily be the best choice for your car.

Will my vehicle be fully valeted once it’s been repaired?

We’ll give your vehicle a free Wash & Vac – or even arrange a full valet for a small charge.

Once my vehicle has been repaired does it come with any guarantee?

Any work we do is guaranteed for five years. Parts are guaranteed for 12 months.

Will you be able to match the colour on my car?

Yes! All the paint used on your vehicle is formulated from a unique code on your car.

When do I pay my excess?

Usually on completion of repairs however this depends on your insurance company. Please ask a member of staff for details.

Will you tell me which repairs will be carried out?

Yes. We’ll explain any work we plan to carry out on your car at the time of the estimate, and once your repairs have been completed.

Will I receive a courtesy car while my car is in getting repaired?

Yes! We’ll provide you a vehicle while your car is being repaired, however some insurance companies charge an administration fee to cover this.

How long do repairs take?

As all repairs are different, we’ll tell you how long any repairs will take when you receive your estimate or drop your vehicle off with us.

Does this affect my manufacturer’s warranty?

No, we would honour the warranty for the panels we have worked on.
