Under current Government guidelines, you can still buy a car online, then choose to Click & Collect in an outdoor area at your local branch or we’ll deliver to your home.


To protect the wellbeing of our customers and employees, our branches operate on an appointment only basis and are adhering to sanitisation and social distancing guidelines with contactless processes in place.

Buy a car online

We’ve made it easy for you to buy a car online. Reserve with a fully refundable £99 deposit, then choose contactless Click & Collect in an outdoor area or home delivery, if applicable.


Click & Collect

You can pick up your car at a branch in your local area within 48 hours of your order being completed, or your finance being approved.

We have designated outdoor areas and contactless processes in place to protect the wellbeing of our customers and employees. Find out more.


Closer to you

Have your car moved to a branch closer to you for a £99 delivery fee, which will be added to your order. The vehicle will be delivered within six days of your order being completed or your finance being approved, if applicable.


Home delivery

We have contactless measures in place to protect the safety of our customers and staff. This service is subject to availability, please ask a product consultant for more information.

Sales

Are branches open?

Although our showrooms are temporarily closed, you can still buy online and choose to Click & Collect in an outdoor area or we’ll deliver to your home.

Our service centres and rental branches are open as normal.

Can I browse cars on the forecourt?

In line with Government guidance our forecourts are temporarily closed to the public.

However, you can still find your perfect car online.

Can I collect my car from my local branch?

The current government guidelines allow you to collect your car from a branch in your local area. All our branches have designated outdoor areas with contactless processes and enhanced safety measures in place to keep you safe.

Can I test-drive a car?

We are unable to offer test drives due to current lockdown restrictions, however, we will send you a detailed preview video of your chosen car so that you can familiarise yourself with its controls, features and functions before you collect it.

Do I need to wear a face covering?

It is now a legal requirement for all of our staff and customers to wear a face covering in and when moving between our branches, though certain exemptions apply.

Outside, where a 2-metre distance can be maintained, face coverings are not required. However, masks are required at all points during the car sales handover process.

Are branches open for Motability customers?

We are operating a range of safe, remote processes to help Motability customers, including telephone applications and contactless Click & Collect.

In place of test drives, we’ll send you a personalised preview video of your chosen car so that you can familiarise yourself with its controls, features and functions before you collect it.

Motability vehicles must be collected in an outdoor area of your local branch using our contactless Click & Collect process – home delivery is not available.

Can I hire a dual control car?

Dual control cars are temporarily unavailable for hire.
