We’ve made it easy for you to buy a car online. Reserve with a fully refundable £99 deposit, then choose contactless Click & Collect in an outdoor area or home delivery, if applicable.
You can pick up your car at a branch in your local area within 48 hours of your order being completed, or your finance being approved.

Have your car moved to a branch closer to you for a £99 delivery fee, which will be added to your order. The vehicle will be delivered within six days of your order being completed or your finance being approved, if applicable.

The current government guidelines allow you to collect your car from a branch in your local area. All our branches have designated outdoor areas with contactless processes and enhanced safety measures in place to keep you safe.
We are unable to offer test drives due to current lockdown restrictions, however, we will send you a detailed preview video of your chosen car so that you can familiarise yourself with its controls, features and functions before you collect it.
It is now a legal requirement for all of our staff and customers to wear a face covering in and when moving between our branches, though certain exemptions apply.
Outside, where a 2-metre distance can be maintained, face coverings are not required. However, masks are required at all points during the car sales handover process.
We are operating a range of safe, remote processes to help Motability customers, including telephone applications and contactless Click & Collect.
