We expect the Leapmotor B05 to arrive in showrooms late summer 2026.
The new Leapmotor B05 is expected to come in at under £30,000, making it more affordable than its main competitors: the Volkswagen ID.3 and MG4.
It will have a 67kWh battery and is estimated to reach 260 miles on a single charge.
The Leapmotor B05 will have DC rapid charging of up to 168kW – which is better than many of its rivals – and an expected 10% – 80% charge time of under 30 minutes.
Leapmotor’s newest model will be produced in Europe.
*The LEAP-GRANT saving (the “Saving”) is a £1,500 saving towards the on-the-road OTR of a new Leapmotor B05 (67.1 kWh), only (the “Qualifying Vehicles”). The saving is offered by Leapmotor International Business S.P.A. at the point of order and is available to private retail customers who are UK residents only. Excludes fleet, business and Motability sales. It applies to the Qualifying Vehicles ordered between the opening of orders and 30 September 2026 inclusive from authorised Leapmotor retailers.
