The inside story

Inside, you’ll discover a wealth of premium textures and quality tech, with chrome accents and blue LED illumination. An elevated ride height offers superior visibility, and as standard there’s MP3 compatibility. There’s plenty of room for three passengers to sit comfortably in the back, and the boot offers up 512 litres of space, with some serious storage solutions.

Tempting tech

A horde of technology awaits discovery from the commanding position in the Peugeot i-Cockpit. Enjoy a vivid and responsive touchscreen, and optional sat-nav when you specify the Active and Allure levels. Turn on the engine, and a heads-up instrument panel slides into view to help you keep your eyes on the road. Stay connected with Apple CarPlay functionality, with voice activated applications including Google Maps.

On-road intuition

The 2008’s tightly tuned sports steering gives you optimum control. Active city braking reacts if you don’t have time to, keeping you safe in a collision scenario. For tough terrain, grip control will adapt your drive to the surroundings, with optimum traction, whatever the surface conditions. Then, when it comes time to park up, select park assist, take your hands off the wheel and let your car do the rest of the manoeuvre, or use the reverse parking camera for a 360-degree view of the area around the rear of the vehicle.
