The Volvo C40 is a pure-electric crossover coupé SUV, first released in 2021. The C40 is largely based on the Volvo XC40 Recharge, using the same powertrain and sharing much of the interior design and cabin technology. However, the C40 differs through its sloping roofline, battery-electric engine and revised outer styling.
