*In order to enter the competition, applicants must enter their full name, email address and contact number using the online form which will be provided via QR code on the day of the event. The prize winner will be drawn at 8pm on Thursday 10th October 2024 at Arnold Clark Linwood BYD. One winner will be randomly selected by the Promoter on Thursday 10th October 2024. The competition will run from 7pm on Thursday 10th October 2024 2024 until 8pm on Thursday 10th October 2024 (the “Closing Date”). To enter the competition, customers must have attended the BYD Linwood Grand Opening on Thursday 10th October 2024. By entering into the competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of any third party provider with whom you engage in order to fulfil your prize. Any customers who have attended the BYD Linwood Grand Opening on Thursday 10th October 2024 will be eligible to enter the prize draw. The prize is a £2000 holiday voucher for Love2ShopHolidays.co.uk. The prize does not include any other sums paid by the customer for any other services or optional extras selected. The Gift Card cannot be sold or refunded, even in the event of theft or loss, nor can it be exchanged for money or other goods or services. The voucher code is provided by Arnold Clark. For the avoidance of doubt, by redeeming the prize, the winner accepts Love2Shop terms and conditions. The voucher code must be used on or before 01.09.2025, the trip departure date can be after the voucher expiry date. Only one Gift Card can be used per booking, and cannot be used with any other vouchers issued by Love2Shop in a promotional or refund capacity. The Gift Card can only be used on love2shop.co.uk (services which require payment to be made to a third party on arrival are excluded). If the amount of the booking is greater than that of the Card, you can use a valid credit or debit card to pay the outstanding amount. The gift card cannot be used to reserve hotels or houses where payment must be made directly at the property and it cannot be used to acquire post-sale services once the booking is confirmed. Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited will notify the winner on Thursday 10tH October 2024 once the live draw has taken place. Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited will publish the surname and city of major prize winners and, if applicable, their winning entries on Arnold Clark site and/or social media channels after all winners are notified. The winners will be asked if their name and images can be used in any publicity materials, however the winners have the right to object. If the winners consent, their image can be used by Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited for three years before it is deleted. If the winners object to any or all of their surnames, city and winning entry being published or made available, the winners must contact marketing.admin@arnoldclark.com. In such circumstances, Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. If a customer wishes to opt out of the competition after initially opting in, the customer can make an Arnold Clark employee aware on the day of the event. Winners will be contacted by an Arnold Clark representative on Thursday 10th October 2024. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf unless otherwise agreed by Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited. For the avoidance of doubt, any prizes not claimed by the winner within 1 week will be re-drawn until an eligible winner has been found. Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize. 1.
