Gear Up For Sport Kit Entry
Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions “Arnold Clark” means Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, with registered company number SC036386 and registered office at 454 Hillington Road, Glasgow, Scotland, G52 4FH.

  1. The competition is open to sports teams based in Scotland, England or Wales with up to 30 members, aged 4 – 15, at the time of their entry into the competition.
  2. It must be a representative of the club that submits an application on behalf of a team.
  3. Entry is free.
  4. Only one entry per club will be accepted.
  5. A unique email address must be used on each application. Multiple applications using the same email address will be classed as ineligible and entries will be removed.
  6. Applications from teams with any members over the age of 15 will not be accepted.
  7. Applications will open on 6th April 2026.
  8. Applications received after the closing date of 30th April 2026 will not be eligible and will not be processed or considered.
  9. To enter, participants should visit ArnoldClark.com/gear-up-for-sport where they will need to provide the club's name, team age group, a contact name, postcode, the number of team members, the type of sport, a unique email address and a contact number.
  10. Clubs can only win once throughout the duration of the campaign.
  11. Internet access is required to apply.
  12. If successful, winning entries will receive one kit set for their club. The quantity of kits provided for the winning team will be decided by Arnold Clark, based on the sport.
  13. Arnold Clark will contact successful applicants with the information required to order the kits. A deadline of six weeks will be given to place your order. Failure to adhere to this will result in the entry being revoked.
  14. Arnold Clark will send successful applicants an email with details on how to claim their kit. For the avoidance of doubt, Arnold Clark accepts no liability if you do not claim your prize within the specified time frame. It is your responsibility alone to ensure that you monitor your inbox, including spam or junk folders, for any notifications related to the prize. No alternative arrangements or compensation will be provided for failure to accept the prize as per the time frame specified in the terms and conditions herein.
  15. A winning club must submit their order for kits via the dedicated online portal, and by entering this competition, you agree to the kit suppliers' terms and conditions.
  16. Kit orders must be placed by the winning applicant and cannot be claimed by any other party. Kit orders can only be placed via the third-party kit supplier's portal; no other method of ordering will be accepted.
  17. All submitted orders are taken as final and cannot be altered once submitted.
  18. The applicant is solely responsible for the selection of any products and order details submitted. Arnold Clark shall not be liable for any errors or unsuitability arising from the applicant’s choice. By submitting an order, the applicant acknowledges that they have reviewed and confirmed all aspects of the order and accept full responsibility for their choices.
  19. Orders can take up to 16 weeks to be delivered from date of ordering.
  20. Arnold Clark must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, Arnold Clark may publish the team name of the winner and, if applicable, their winning entry on Arnold Clark's site and/or social media channels after the winning team is notified.
  21. The competition will cater for all sports clubs and groups. Where it is not possible to source appropriate kits, a choice of up to 20 tracksuits or 30 hoodies will be provided.
  22. The kits for each club will differ depending on the sport. Arnold Clark reserves the right to change supplier at any time, which may result in various brands of kit being supplied to teams.
  23. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Arnold Clark reserves the right to substitute the kit offering with other prizes of equal value.
  24. Prizes are non-transferable, non-returnable, non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be offered for kits.
  25. Arnold Clark reserves the right to terminate, amend or modify the competition or the rules. Any change will be published on the Arnold Clark website at ArnoldClark.com/gear-up-for-sport.
  26. Winning clubs may be asked if their name and images can be used in any publicity materials, however, the winners have the right to object. If the winners give consent, their image can be used by Arnold Clark for three years before it is deleted.
  27. Arnold Clark will not be liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent the kits from being fulfilled, or winners being chosen, or any winning prize being taken up or fully enjoyed by a winner.
  28. If you are unable to take up the funding prize for any reason, or if Arnold Clark has been unable to contact the winner, after making reasonable efforts for four weeks from the winning announcement, Arnold Clark reserves the right to award that prize (without notice to the first chosen winner) to an alternative applicant, in which case the first winner shall not be eligible for any share of the prize. Arnold Clark shall not have any liability to the first winner chosen in such circumstances.
  29. Arnold Clark reserves the right to disqualify applicants upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or the use of any irregular profiles used to participate.
  30. Arnold Clark does not accept responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason.
  31. Arnold Clark shall not be held liable, for any reason whatsoever, if the competition is terminated, cancelled and/or postponed to another date.
  32. Arnold Clark will not be held responsible for any loss or injury occurred by participating in the competition or the use of the kit awarded or any losses suffered through participation in the application process.
  33. If a club has to attend court for any reason, or there are any legal or criminal situations that arise, your connection with Arnold Clark and Gear Up For Sport must not be discussed unless required by law.
  34. Data is only used for the purposes of contacting the successful applicants.
  35. If successful, your information will be processed by a third-party supplier for the purposes of providing you with sports kits for your team.
  36. Should you wish to withdraw your application before the end of the campaign or request your data be deleted, please contact Community.Fund@arnoldclark.com
  37. Professional sports clubs/teams are not eligible to apply.
