When you buy a car from Arnold Clark, you can download the Arnold Clark app and create an Arnold Clark account. This will allow you to access all your car documents, keep up to date with your finance agreement, keep track of your mileage and get personalised reminders for your MOT and services. Plus, you can become an Arnold Clark Rewards member and enjoy access to exclusive prizes, discounts and giveaway!
You can also create your Arnold Clark account when you are checking in for your service or MOT appointments, and on the website when browsing for your next car. This allows you to create a shortlist of cars that you may be considering.
On ArnoldClark.com:
You can log into your account when browsing ArnoldClark.com by selecting the 'User' icon in the main header and following the steps to log in.
On the Arnold Clark app:
You can log in to your Arnold Clark account from our mobile app by selecting 'Log in' from the app navigation bar and following the steps to log in.
When accessing my dashboard:
Once you have received an email to let you know there is a task waiting for you in your dashboard, click the link and follow the steps to log in.
When completing a service or MOT booking:
When completing a service or MOT booking online, you will be asked if you want to log in to your account after entering your vehicle registration details. Click 'Sign in to my account' and follow the steps on screen to log in.
When completing online check-in for a service or MOT booking:
You will be sent an email or SMS to let you know you can check in online for your service or MOT booking. When you click on the link, you will be asked if you want to log in to your Arnold Clark account.
Please check the email address you are using to log in. You can only log in to your Arnold Clark account using the email address provided when purchasing your car.

You can reset your password by selecting 'Forgot password?' from the login page (if you are not already logged in), or 'Reset your password' in the account management menu if you are logged in to your account.
If you'd like to change the email address associated with your account, please contact customer.accounts@arnoldclark.com.
Notifications can be switched on through the ‘More’ section of the app. Please ensure you have your notifications enabled through your phone settings too.
If you would like to delete or deactivate your Arnold Clark account, you have the right to do so at any time. Please contact customerservice@arnoldclark.com from the email address of the account specified for deletion.
Please note: Deleting or deactivating your account will not change your communication preference choices and data will still be retained in line with our Privacy Policy.
