How do I redeem my Arnold Clark reward?

Visit Arnold Clark Rewards, enter your email address, postcode, and unique voucher code. Select your reward, and it will be sent to you. If you've chosen a Love2shop voucher or a Night Away for Two, you will receive a follow-up email.

What should I do if my reward code is invalid or lost?

If your reward code is invalid or lost, please contact our customer service team with your purchase details, and we will assist you in retrieving or validating your code.

Am I eligible for a reward if I placed my order during the promotional period but collected my car later?

Eligibility for rewards is determined by the date the order was placed. If your order was placed during the promotional period, you are eligible for the reward, regardless of the collection date.

Can I change my selected reward after claiming it?

If you need to change your selected reward, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

I haven't received my reward yet. What should I do?

If you haven't received your reward, please check your spam/junk folders for any emails. If you still can't find it, contact our customer service team for further assistance.
