Arnold Clark Rewards Scheme

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Arnold Clark Rewards programme (Programme) associated with your Arnold Clark app account (App Account) and govern the relationship between Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited, a company incorporated in Scotland with company number 036386 whose registered office is at 454 Hillington Road, Glasgow, G52 4FH (“Arnold Clark”, “we” or “us”) and you in respect of your membership of the Programme. Use of the Programme will constitute confirmation that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must therefore read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If there is anything you do not understand, please contact app.feedback@arnoldclark.com.

Eligibility, becoming a member and managing your membership

In order to enrol in the Programme, you must have purchased a vehicle from Arnold Clark on or after 21st October 2019, still own that vehicle at present, and have an active Arnold Clark account on our Arnold Clark app. You must opt in via the app in order to be eligible. For the avoidance of doubt, the following customers are excluded from the Programme and any rewards associated with it: (1) customers who transact with us but do not own a car purchased from Arnold Clark on or after 21st October 2019 and still own the vehicle; (2) Arnold Clark charge customers; (3) business purchase or order customers; (4) Arnold Clark Vehicle Management customers; (5) rental customers; (6) aftersales customers; (7) Bumblebee customers; (8) Central Car Auctions customers; (9) Assure Alarms customers; (10) Arnold Clark Insurance Services customers; (11) Arnold Clark Finance customers; (12) ID Computer Software customers.

If you no longer own any vehicle on your App Account, it is your responsibility to remove it from your App Account. If you continue to redeem rewards after you no longer are the owner of any vehicle on your App Account, we reserve the right to terminate your membership to the Programme immediately and without penalty.

Our Partners

We work with many third parties to provide you with a range of different rewards. All rewards are subject to availability and the standard terms and conditions, booking conditions or conditions of carriage of the partner. All vouchers can only be used once, unless otherwise stated. Rewards cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded and must be claimed and fulfilled by you. We do not accept any responsibility for lost rewards. We shall not be liable for any goods or services provided by the partner or any act or omission of the partner, save as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arnold Clark excludes any liability in relation to the rewards redeemed except where caused by Arnold Clark's negligence.

By accessing a reward through your App Account, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review the relevant partner's terms and conditions before entering into any transaction with that third party.

Expiry and cancellation

Your membership to the Programme does not have an expiry date, however rewards selected by you to redeem may expire after they have been issued and not redeemed after a certain timeframe as specified in the partner's terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have validly claimed all rewards before they expire. Expired rewards cannot be redeemed or reinstated to your App Account.

You may opt out of the Programme via your App Account at any time. To opt out, please contact customer support at app.feedback@arnoldclark.com Despite still being eligible, once you opt out, you must actively opt in again to restart your membership to the Programme.

If you opt out, you will lose the right to redeem any rewards that are unused at the time of cancellation. If you restart your membership, your previously unclaimed rewards may no longer be available to you.

If you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions and/or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities relating to us, your App Account or your participation in the Programme, or if you supply false or misleading information to us, we may:

(i) Suspend your right to redeem rewards; and/or

(ii) Terminate your membership to the Programme.

Our liability

The rewards provided via your App Account are provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties to their accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, and any third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

(i) All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute

(ii) Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the App Account, any websites linked to the Programme and any materials posted on it, including without limitation, any liability for:

  1. Loss of income or revenue;
  2. Loss of business;
  3. Loss of profits or contracts;
  4. Loss of anticipated savings;
  5. Loss of data; and
  6. For any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for: (1) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (2) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (3) any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict our liability.

Arnold Clark is not responsibly for the validity of rewards, and if there is an issue, we cannot be held liable for any losses incurred. We have no control over the content of any third party website or resource with whom you engage to claim a reward, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Variation

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please check these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure that you understand the up-to-date terms that apply in relation to the Programme. For any significant changes to these Terms and Conditions that will materially impact you or if we choose to discontinue the Programme or membership, we shall provide you with 2 weeks' written notice.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Scots law. This means that any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or the membership (including non-contractual disputes or claims), will be governed by the laws of Scotland.

Jurisdiction

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or its subject matter or formation.


Win the cost of your car back

The Promoter

Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited, a company incorporated and registered in Scotland with company number SC036386 whose registered office is at 454 Hillington Road, Glasgow, G52 4FH.

The competition

The title of the competition is Arnold Clark Rewards.

For the avoidance of doubt, payment of the prize to the winner is subject to the following conditions: completion of the vehicle purchase, taking delivery of the vehicle as stated on the initial signed order form, demonstrating to the Promoter their continued ownership of the vehicle, supply to the Promoter of payment details and responding to the request for proof of ownership and payment details after 30 days of being contacted.

The prize winner will be drawn monthly from all entries received by the Promoter. All entries received from 19th January 2024 (the “Opening Date”) are automatically entered into each monthly draw, excluding winning entries from any previous monthly draws from the Opening Date of the competition.

One winner will be randomly selected by the Promoter once each month from the Opening Date until 18th January 2026 (the “Closing Date”), with the exception of August 2024 where two winners will be selected. The unique app account ID number of each entry will be collated by the Promoter and the winner selected at random from the list of eligible accounts. No other personal data relating to customers will be collated prior to a winner being randomly selected. The Promoter will use a randomiser which will produce a winner at random from the total number of entries.

A previous competition was run from 14th September 2023 to 31st January 2024 by the Promoter. If a Rewards Member had opted in for this previous competition, they will be automatically entered into the current competition (which commences on the Opening Date) unless they contact the Promoter and request to be removed.

How to enter

The competition will run from 09:00am on the Opening Date.

To enter the competition, customers must have an Arnold Clark app account and must opt in tointo the competition via the app. Customers must have also completed and signed the Promoter's vehicle order agreement and be able to demonstrate to the Promoter present proof of ownership of the eligible vehicle. Customers must have purchased a vehicle from the Promoter from 21st October 2019 onwards to be eligible to enter the competition.

By entering the competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

Subject to fulfilling the conditions set out above, any customers who have purchased a vehicle by cash or finance and who can demonstrate to the Promoter present proof of ownership of the vehicle are eligible.

Notwithstanding the inclusions above, business or fleet customers, customers who purchased their vehicle directly from the vehicle manufacturer or other third party, and Motability customers are not eligible for the competition.

If a winner has more than one vehicle linked to their account, they will receive the prize (following proof of ownership) based on the highest value eligible vehicle registered to their Arnold Clark app account up to a maximum value of £30,000.

If your vehicle registration number is selected by us as a winner, this vehicle will then be removed from the draw and you will not be eligible to win any further prize based on that vehicle registration number in this competition. If you have purchased another vehicle within the required timescales stipulated above, this vehicle registration number will also be included within the draw.

The prize

The prize is the basic vehicle price of the vehicle (less any discount) as stated on the signed vehicle order agreement, up to a maximum of thirty thousand pounds sterling (£30,000), and is subject to the vehicle purchase (for the same make, model, vehicle registration number) being completed/delivered and, on request, the customer demonstrating current proof of ownership of the vehicle on request. Where the winner has taken the vehicle on a Personal Contract Hire agreement, the prize will be restricted to the value of the lease payments made, or to be made, over the course of the initial lease term.

The prize does not include any other sums paid by the customer for any other services or optional extras selected.

The prize is supplied by the Promoter.

The prize is not negotiable.

The prize will be paid to the winner via bank-to-bank transfer to a UK bank account.

Winners

The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable using the contact details provided by the customer via their Arnold Clark app account.

The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter may publish the surname and city of major prize winner and, if applicable, their winning entry on the Promoter's site and/or social media channels after the winner is notified.

The winner will be asked if their names and images can be used in any publicity materials, however the winner have the right to object. If the winner consents, their image can be used by the Promoter for three years before it is deleted.

If the winner objects to their surname, city and winning entry being published or made available, the winner must contact the Promoter via app.feedback@arnoldclark.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

If a customer wishes to opt out of the competition after initially opting in, the customer can email app.feedback@arnoldclark.com to request to be removed from the competition.

Claiming the prize

Winner will be notified via the Arnold Clark app alongside an email confirming the winning entry. The prize may not be claimed without a valid confirmation email.

The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.

The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 30 of days of initially being contacted by the Promoter, the prize will be no longer be offered to the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, any prizes not claimed by the winner within the specified timeframe will no longer be available to the winner or by any entrants to the competition.

The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Data protection and publicity

The Promoter will process your Arnold Clark app account ID number in order to randomly select a winner of the prize. If you win the competition, the Promoter will use your Arnold Clark app account ID number to identify and process your name, email address and/or telephone number for the purposes of contacting you. The Promoter will also process your bank account details in order to provide you with the prize.

The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the cookies. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

General

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Scotland, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

You acknowledge and agree that whilst the Promoter uses reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information provided within the Arnold Clark app, the Promoter provides no guarantees that the information at all times is accurate or complete and is not liable for any inaccuracies with any information displayed on the app. The Promoter at its entire discretion may amend or update the Arnold Clark app as is necessary if any such inaccuracies occur to rectify the issue.


Autoparts 10% Discount

In these terms and conditions “Arnold Clark” means Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, with registered company number SC036386 and having its registered office at 454 Hillington Road, Glasgow, Scotland, G52 4FH.

  1. The discount is available from 27th January 2025 – 31st December 2025 to all UK Arnold Clark Rewards members except Arnold Clark employees, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize. The full terms can be found here: www.ArnoldClark.com/terms
  2. To use the discount, Rewards members must have an Arnold Clark app account and must process their discount via the link provided by the Arnold Clark app.
  3. The members will receive one unique code for 10% discount on eligible Autoparts stock.
  4. For the avoidance of doubt, the discount does not apply to any costs of delivery.
  5. For the avoidance of doubt, the discount applies to products over the value of 0.01p.
  6. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf unless otherwise agreed by Arnold Clark.
  7. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

  10. Arnold Clark will not be liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent the prize draw being fulfilled, a winner or winners being chosen, or any prize being taken up or fully enjoyed by an applicant.
  11. For the avoidance of doubt, no personal data is processed by Arnold Clark.

  13. Once payment has been approved, Arnold Clark Autoparts will process the booking and send on a booking confirmation to the customer.

  15. Arnold Clark’s decision regarding any aspect of the discount is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  16. Arnold Clark reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the discount to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  17. Arnold Clark reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

  1. The discount is available from 17th February 2025 – 17th February 2026.

In these terms and conditions “Arnold Clark” means Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, with registered company number SC036386 and having its registered office at 454 Hillington Road, Glasgow, Scotland, G52 4FH.

  1. The prize draw is open draw from 9am Wednesday 30th April to 12pm Wednesday 7th May to all UK Arnold Clark Rewards Members except Arnold Clark employee’s agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize. The full terms and conditions governing the Arnold Clark Rewards Scheme can be found at www.arnoldclark.com/rewards/terms. Entries received after 12pm on Wednesday 7th May will not be counted. Only one entry per Rewards Member is permitted.
  2. To enter the prize draw, Rewards Members must have an Arnold Clark app account and must opt in to the prize draw via the app.
  3. Two winners will be chosen by random draw on Thursday 8th May ("Draw Date"). The unique app account ID number of each entry will be collated by Arnold Clark and the winners selected at random from the list of eligible accounts. No other personal data relating to customers will be collated prior to the winner being randomly selected. Arnold Clark will use a randomiser which will produce a number at random from the total number of entries.
  4. Each winner will receive two hospitality tickets to Lana Del Rey on Thursday 26th June at Hampden Park, Glasgow.
  5. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf unless otherwise agreed by Arnold Clark.

  9. Arnold Clark will contact the winners personally as soon as practicable using the contact details provided by the customer through their Arnold Clark app account. The winner will be notified via the Arnold Clark app as well as by email by Arnold Clark.
  10. Arnold Clark will not be liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent the prize draw being fulfilled, a winner or winners being chosen, or any prize being taken up or fully enjoyed by a winner.
  11. Arnold Clark must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.   12. If the winner objects to any or all of their surnames, and winning entry being published or made available, the winners must contact Arnold Clark at customer.accounts@arnoldclark.com. In such circumstances, Arnold Clark must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Arnold Clark Used Electric Car Grant

From 1st September 2025 to close of business on 7th December 2025, private retail customers who purchase a Used or Approved Used Battery Electric Vehicle will be eligible for the £750 Arnold Clark Electric Car Grant (“Grant”).

General terms and conditions

The Grant can be applied as either a £750 discount on the vehicle purchase price or as a £750 contribution toward a home charger supplied and installed by Bumblebee EV.

Customers must be aged 18 or over and reside in mainland UK to qualify. The Grant excludes fleet, business and Motability purchases as well as the purchase of new vehicles, nearly-new vehicles, vans, Diesel/Electric hybrid vehicles, Diesel/Plug-in Electric Hybrid vehicles, Electric Diesel vehicles, Hybrid Electric vehicles, Petrol/Electric vehicles, Petrol/Electric Hybrid vehicles and/or Petrol/Plug-in Electric Hybrid vehicles, and all internal combustion engine vehicles.

The Grant is limited to one per vehicle purchase, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vehicles are subject to availability. The Grant may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice. The Grant is an exclusive offer provided directly by Arnold Clark and is not affiliated with any government-funded schemes.

Bumblebee EV terms and conditions

General terms and conditions

Where a customer chooses to use the Grant towards a home charger, the home charger will be supplied and installed by Bumblebee EV, a subsidiary of Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited. In this event, the Customer will also be subject to Bumblebee EV’s terms and conditions, detailed below.

Customer data will be passed to Bumblebee EV to enable it to fulfil its contractual obligations of providing a home charger and for the purposes of installation.

The home charger will be installed following delivery of the vehicle and can only be installed at the customer's residential address, in mainland UK, stated in the order form. Must be installed within 28 days of vehicle delivery.

Installation

Our terms and conditions cover what is included in your standard installation and what happens if we need to quote for extra works. Sometimes issues arise on the day that could mean your installation cannot be completed on the first visit, but with a complete picture of the situation, these can often be resolved in advance. So, for the best experience, if you think there's any reason why we might not be able to complete your install on the day, please let Bumblebee EV know.

What's included

Bumblebee EV's standard installation package for an electric vehicle home charge point covers the majority of homes in the UK and includes the following:

  • Fitting of a charge point on a brick or plaster wall, or to another suitable permanent structure.
  • The EV Charge point must be fixed to the main property and able to utilise the property's earthing arrangement, (property's earthing arrangement must meet current regulations - we are required to check this by law).
  • Up to 10 metres of cable, run and neatly clipped to the wall between the electricity distribution board/consumer unit and the home charge point.
  • Surface mounting of cable - i.e. no conduit or chasing.
  • C Type MCBO way on the consumer unit for connection of the charge point.
  • Routing of the cable through a drilled hole in a wall up to 500mm (20 inches) thick, if this is needed.
  • The fitting and testing of electrical connections and protections required for the charge point.
  • No groundworks.
  • The homeowner or business/building owner must comply with all current OZEV Domestic Scheme terms and conditions.
Some Conditions and Limitations that you need to know:
  • The home charge point must be located in your designated off-street parking area and be fixed at a height where it can't be hit by a vehicle.
  • We can't fix the cable higher than 1.8 metres (6 feet) above the ground. If fixing higher than this is unavoidable then the installation may need to be paused - in that case, we will quote for any extra work needed.
  • We can't, as part of the standard package, trench the cable underground or suspend it above ground - if something like this is required, please talk to us so that we can give you a quote in advance. If we find out on the day that we have to cross a garden or a pathway we may need to pause the job and quote for the extra work needed to trench the cable.
  • When you are using your charger the EV charging lead must remain on your property and must not create a trip hazard for you or anyone else.
  • We can't run the cable under floorboards or through ducting/ceiling voids/wall voids without a drawcord (to pull the cable through), or if the floorboards have not been lifted. We can't take responsibility for reinstating flooring or other building materials after the cable has been laid.
  • Our experts are not able to work in crawl spaces, on roofs or in lofts if it is deemed unsafe by them.
  • Our experts are not able to work in extreme weather (i.e. flooding or intense rain). If it is not safe to carry on, our expert will do as much as they can, and we will return at a later date.

What happens if your existing wiring isn't up to scratch?

Bumblebee EV follow standard regulations and guidelines on electric vehicle installations.

If we can't install in line with these rules, then your installation will be paused, and we will quote for the work needed to meet the required standards.

If the existing electrical arrangements at the property are not in line with these rules or there is something else that makes it unsafe for us to install, then we will quote for the work needed to meet the required standards.

What happens if your electrical supply is inadequate?

We can only complete the job if the electrical capacity (i.e. main fuse) can support the additional electrical demands of the charge point. If the capacity is not enough, we might be able to derate the unit, or we may have to pause the job until your main fuse is upgraded by your electricity supplier.

Timing

We allocate two hours for standard installations. If we can't complete on the day because of supply related problems or unexpected extra works then we will reschedule an installation date once the additional works are complete or our quotation for the work has been accepted.

Additional Works

If required, your installation project manager or Bumblebee EV Expert will detail required works and provide a no-obligation quotation for these services. Quotations are valid for a period of 90 days once issued.

If it is determined that installation cannot be completed on the day, Bumblebee EV will quote for additional works, and new installation date will be given once payment has been made. Please allow up to 10 working days for a new installation date.

If your Bumblebee EV Expert suspects that the installation will not comply with the OZEV grant requirements your installation will be paused. A summary of OZEV Terms & Conditions can be found via this link on the Bumble Bee EV website here. Should you disagree with that assessment, you will be given an opportunity to contest this by providing Bumblebee EV with information to state your case to the government, which we can then pass on to the DVLA/OZEV for pre-approval.

Should Bumblebee EV receive approval to proceed, a new installation date will be given, please allow up to 10 working days for a new installation date.

The owner/customer or a responsible adult of the age of 18 years or over needs to be present on-site for the ensure duration of the install.

Warranty

Most of Bumblebee EV home charge points are covered by a comprehensive 36-month warranty. Any hardware failure should be promptly reported to us. Please quote the serial number, the date of installation and a brief description of the fault. The Bumblebee EV technical team will carry out an assessment and will contact you to get further details and if necessary, arrange a service visit. The warranty will be void if the Bumblebee EV unit is opened, modified, tampered with or repair is attempted by anyone other than a Bumblebee EV appointed electrician.

Limitation of liability

In no event will Bumblebee EV accept any liability for any loss, costs or damage consequential to the use and/or misuse of our hardware products except where this is caused by our negligence.

In these terms and conditions “Arnold Clark” means Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, company number SC036386 and having its registered office at 454 Hillington Road, Glasgow, Scotland, G52 4FH.

  1. The prize draw is open draw from Thursday 4th December 2025 to Thursday 11th December 2025 (these dates inclusive) to all UK Arnold Clark Rewards Members except Arnold Clark employees, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prizes. Entries received after Thursday 11th December 2025 will not be counted.
  2. To enter the prize draw, Rewards Members must have an Arnold Clark app account and must opt in to the prize draw via the app. Only one entry per Rewards Member is permitted.
  3. One (1) winner will be chosen at random on Friday 12th December 2025 ("Draw Date"). The unique app account ID number of each entry will be collated by Arnold Clark and the winners selected at random from the list of eligible accounts. No other personal data relating to customers will be collated prior to the winner being randomly selected. Arnold Clark will use a randomiser which will produce a number at random from the total number of entries.
  4. The winner will receive a pair of tickets to attend Fulham vs Chelsea on 7th January 2026. The Prize does not include any costs of travel, accommodation or other expenses and only allows attendance for two people on the event date (“the Prize”).
  5. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on a winner’s behalf unless otherwise agreed by Arnold Clark, at its sole discretion.

  11. The winners must claim the Prize within five (5) days of being notified. If a winner fails to do so, their right to the Prize shall be forfeited, and Arnold Clark shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described in clause 3 of these terms and conditions. 
  12. Arnold Clark accepts no liability if a winner fails to check their email or does not have access to their email account, failing to claim their prize within the specified time frame. It is a winner’s responsibility alone to ensure that they monitor their inbox, including spam or junk folders, for any notifications related to the Prize. No alternative arrangements or compensation will be provided for failure to claim the Prize within the timeframe specified in clause 10 of these terms and conditions.
