Terms and conditions

Clark Plan provides cover for vehicles 36 months and older (up to 6 cylinder or 4000 cc). Clark Plan provides two services and two MOT tests within a 2-year period. Any repair work or component replacement is not covered (including the replacement of timing belts and exhaust filters) and any additional servicing remain the responsibility of the owner. Servicing and MOTs can be arranged/undertaken at any Arnold Clark Servicing department (excludes Mercedes-Benz, BMW and MINI Service departments). MOT retest fees remain the owner's responsibility. All Clark Plan offers are subject to acceptance and some vehicle exclusions may apply (including vehicles 36 months and older that are under manufacturer warranty). Clark Plan is based on the Arnold Clark standard service. Arnold Clark reserves the right to alter the content of the service. Clark Plan is non-refundable but can be transferred on a private sale to a third party buyer for a £35 transfer administration fee.*, The new vehicle owner must provide the Clark plan policy number and vehicle registration to transfer the ownership. Alternatively any un redeemed service vouchers can be exchanged for a child’s car booster seat or a £10 donation to one of Arnold Clark’s nominated charity partners*.
