GWM Promise cars come with a minimum of 24 months' GWM warranty, that can be upgraded to a five-year GWM warranty at an additional cost. GWM Promise warranty will be supplied from date of sale on vehicles up to 36 months old and 60,000 miles. This is a maintenance and repair warranty which means the customer must have a periodic maintenance inspection - GWM Electronic Vehicle Health Check - in addition to adhering to the specific servicing requirements schedule to activate the warranty. This must be carried out at a GWM-approved service centre before the warranty is activated for the following 12 months. The vehicle must have a full service history in order to qualify for the five-year warranty.
