How it works

When you choose a Volkswagen Group approved bodyshop, your car or commercial vehicle will be covered by our three-year repair authenticity guarantee, as we only use approved paints, parts and repair techniques during any repair.

We’ll hand over a certificate when you collect your freshly repaired car, and shortly after, we’ll email you our customer satisfaction survey.
