Arnold Clark's Gear Up For Sport campaign helps youth teams across Scotland, England and Wales look and feel the part.
We're proud to provide free training equipment to teams aged 4-15, this includes training balls, a ball bag, space markers, water bottles, mesh bibs and more depending on your type of sport. We want to support our local clubs and strengthen the communities they represent.
We are now accepting applications for training equipment only.
Gear Up For Sport is open to youth sports teams based in Scotland, England or Wales with up to 30 members aged between 4 - 15.

Here's a step-by-step guide on the application process and how to order your new training equipment.
Before you apply, make sure you read the eligibility criteria and terms and conditions.
Please note: if you are successful in this campaign, you will not be eligible for our other Community Fund campaigns until next year.
A member of the coaching staff or management team should complete and send the application on behalf of the club.
Create an account on Grants Connect to apply. You can find out how to create an account here.
Alternatively, you can speak directly to the Grants Connect help team.
Once it's completed and you've provided all the relevant details, send your application.
You will hear whether your application is successful within four weeks - make sure to check your spam and junk folders.
Congratulations! It's now time to order your new training equipment through our partner Millers.
Log in to the Millers system (through the link in your successful email) to submit your training equipment order.
Please note: you will have six weeks to submit your order before your account is deactivated.
Once you submit your order, please allow between 2-8 weeks before the training equipment arrives.
Millers will keep you updated on your training equipment and expected time of delivery.

We've provided a list below of the different types of training equipment we can offer for different sports.
You can only apply for one team per club; multiple applications will not be accepted.
Coaches, treasurers or secretaries can apply; we are unable to accept applications from parents. Please ensure only one person should apply per club. If your application is successful, the entrant must be the person to claim the training equipment on the online portal.
Our kit supplier is Millers, so they will process the kit orders for the Gear Up For Sport campaign. To find out more about Millers, visit millersbrands.co.uk.
The training equipment packs provided vary depending on sport. See the breakdown of supplies below:

You can choose from orange or yellow Arnold Clark branded bibs. Everything else included in the training equipment comes as standard. If you have any questions on this, please speak with Millers directly at gearupforsport@millersbrands.co.uk.
No, the only logo inclusion is the Arnold Clark logo on the training items.
Once your order has been placed, no changes can be made. If you would like to order additional training equipment after your six-week claim window, then please contact gearupforsport@millersbrands.co.uk and they will be able to manually process your request.
There may be a few reasons why you can’t log in. First, our training equipment logins are only available for six weeks after they have been issued; all orders must be placed within that time. If this is not the issue, then please ensure that you are using the email address and password provided in your successful application email.
Orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive from the date of ordering. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email from couriers with a dispatch notice.

We're really sorry to hear that you believe something is missing from the order. Our training equipment supplier has a stringent QA process so situations like this are highly unusual. Please email gearupforsport@millersbrands.co.uk with your club name, order number and what is missing from your order to allow the supplier to investigate.
