Marketing

We like to keep everything in-house. Our marketing department has over 100 employees working on everything across the organisation, from national campaigns to internal staff projects, we do it all! With a mixture of marketing executives, designers and data experts, the whole team pulls together to work on projects from the first to the last stage.

AC Digital

Our in-house digital team (AC Digital) are constantly thinking about our user-experience from the back end to the front. Working on nine customer-facing websites along with 65 internal applications, they’re goal is achieving positive outcomes for both staff and customers.

Laura Cooper

Promotion after promotion, Laura’s consistent hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed.

From Recruitment Administrator in 2018 to her new role as People Advisor, she has progressed through five different roles since joining the company just four years ago. Laura has gone the extra mile to work through the ranks to a role she absolutely loves while also studying for her Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification in the evenings.

Laura said: ‘The best career advice I’ve ever received is to continually push myself out of my comfort zone, as this is how I will continually learn and progress.’
