At Arnold Clark, you'll be known as a Product Consultant. Not only will you sell cars in our showrooms, but you'll also use innovative tools like the Arnold Clark app to support our customers throughout the sales process. You'll also work together with other teams across the business - from the Customer Experience team to Internet Sales - to ensure our customers drive away happy.

Build strong, positive relationships with customers as you guide them through every step of the sales process – from enquiry through to post-sale.
Listen to their needs and keep in touch with them through their preferred methods of contact – whether it’s SMS, email or phone.

Guide our customers through our industry-leading digital sales journey while providing an excellent in-branch experience.
Ensure the smooth running of processes and accurately maintain customer databases.

Training
The Arnold Clark Group places great importance on training, developing and building strong relationships. That’s why we offer the ‘Arnold Clark Sales Licence’.
As part of this training, you’ll complete 12 modules and attend a 5-day ‘Sales Academy’, supported throughout by a Branch Manager and Group Mentor. Once you’ve demonstrated the required skills, you’ll be issued with your Sales Licence and receive recognition from the Group Directors.
Arnold Clark 100 Club
In addition to the excellent salary structure, the Arnold Clark 100 Club rewards and recognises high achievers in the Sales department.
