How do I request duplicate documents?

Please give us a call on 0131 555 5999, and we will send you a new set. The cost of this will be £20. Alternatively, you can request them to be emailed to you, and we will happily do this free of charge.

Will I be covered to drive abroad?

Yes, your car insurance policy will cover you to drive in the EU. Depending on the insurer, you will have a minimum of 30 days’ cover. Some underwriters will extend this up to 90 days. If you’re not sure, give us a call on 0131 555 5999 and we’ll let you know exactly what you’re covered for.

Can I be covered if my car has been modified?

As we have access to a panel of leading insurers, we aim to cover a wide range of cars including those with modifications. You can arrange your quote online or give us a call on 0131 555 5999 for more information.

How can I make a claim on my car insurance policy?

Can I drive other cars?

This will depend on your circumstances. You can find this information on your Certificate of Insurance. If you are covered, this will be third party only cover and will cover the policyholder only. Full details can be found in your policy book.

If we have asked for further documents it may be that your insurer needs you to verify some information. There are a few ways to share this information:
