General options are any driver over 21, any driver over 25, or any driver over 30. You can also specifically name drivers, especially younger drivers from 17-year-olds upwards.

After completing 12 months of insurance without any claims, you will be awarded with a no claims bonus. You can continue to add to your no claims bonus year on year until you reach a maximum level. This level differs from insurer to insurer, and you should be able to find this on your schedule of insurance or your renewal invite. Your vehicle will be classed as modified if it has been altered in any way from the manufacturer’s specifications. This may include cosmetic changes, performance enhancing additions or if your vehicle has specialist equipment or apparatus added to it.
