All the information you give us must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, and it’s your responsibility to update us if your circumstances change.
Insurance companies can cancel policies, declare them invalid and refuse to pay all or part of a claim if the information is not correct – and if a company believes the inaccuracy was deliberate or reckless, they will investigate for fraud and may not pay the claim. If you need to make any changes, please do so by contacting us on 0345 850 5193.
